I owned a wood company but closed it in sept 2009. The last job i did was to supply a chap with a large garden building. I did ccna training so and accepted a payment plan that he could afford which was nothing that proffesional, just a piece of paper with a few dates and amounts he would pay and his signiture. He only owes me £85 but states he will not pay it. I told him i wanted the building back or the money, he got very verbal, but where do i stand as my business is no longer running ??
