An agreement whereby a salaried partner is admitted to a partnership

Salaried Partners have similar duties and responsibilities to full partners but will not own a share of the firm. This agreement between a salaried partner and other partners will run in conjunction with an existing partnership agreement. The Agreement deals with the salary, duties and all terms of the salaried partner’s employment within the partnership.
