Non-exclusive agency agreement

An Agency Agreement deals with the relationship between a business and an agent and in particular the commission and payment to be made to the agent.

This Agreement allows one party (the Agent) to sell goods or services on behalf of the business in return for commission payments. A number of safeguards are built in to protect the parties.
