I have been divorced for three years and need to know how to go about making my ex get all of his things from the house that was originally ours but is now mine. I have asked him several times with no luck. Is there a legal form that I can use so that he has to move his stuff to his new home.

There is no legal form as such and it sounds as if what you should do is write to him giving notice that unless he removes any items belonging to him within 14 days, you will consider them abandoned and dispose of them.
