A general defence to a claim brought by an estate agent for unpaid commission
Disputes between estate agents and their clients arising out of a claim for commission for a property sold are not uncommon. This defence precedent is suitable for defending most usual claims brought by estate agents where it is denied that the agent has an entitlement to commission.
