Each package contains an example of a particular claim or application which can be adapted to suit the facts of your case. These are often called 'precedents' and are what a lawyer would follow if instructed to prepare your case for you. Where necessary, guidance notes are provided but in the case of difficulty, reference to our advice service is available at no extra charge.

Remember always that legal precedents such as these make good servants, but bad
masters. They are only a guide to be followed and you should always ensure that it is the facts of your case which are set out.
